A few items on the list have been announced for Odyssey 1.1. They are on the list because this information was not public at the time CSM was filtering the list.
We cannot change the list now that the devblog has gone live and people have started submitting votes.
We tried to weed out duplicates, but sometimes things that are staring you in the face get missed. #06 and #31 are identical suggestions about refitting T3's in POSes; votes for them will be comined into a single vote.
Needless to say, this was noticed 30 seconds before the devblog went live... oh well

The list was intended to be small-to-medium items, and we expect the full list (on the wiki) to be a useful resource as well.

Because I got the last batch of CSM selections at 2AM last night. A few dups slipped through, but I caught quite a few more -- over 70!
There are also a few items on the list that are very similar.
